HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION, AND IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Booking is simple! Start by filling out the inquiry form on my website with a few details about your dream session. I'll be in touch with availability, collection options, and everything you need to get started!
Once you've selected your date and collection, you'll receive a booking link to complete your contract, questionnaire, and payment. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to officially secure your session date, with the remaining balance due according to your booking agreement. I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability!
WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE, AND WHAT TIME IS BEST?
I'm based in Naples, Florida, and offer photography sessions throughout Southwest Florida. Whether you're dreaming of a beautiful beach photoshoot, a scenic outdoor location, or somewhere meaningful to you, I'm happy to help you choose the perfect setting!
For outdoor sessions, I typically recommend scheduling approximately 45–60 minutes before sunset. This provides the beautiful, soft natural lighting that complements my light, airy photography style. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside my standard service area.
THIS IS MY FIRST PHOTOSHOOT! WHAT SHOULD I KNOW?
First of all, don't stress! You don't need to be a professional model or know how to pose to have beautiful photos. I'll guide you through everything, from where to stand to when to smile, and of course, what to do with your hands.
My biggest advice? Come ready to have fun, be yourself, and enjoy the experience! Arrive a few minutes early, bring any essentials you might need, and don't worry about making everything perfect. Some of the sweetest moments happen when you least expect them!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY PHOTOSHOOT?
The most important thing is choosing something that makes you feel confident and comfortable! I recommend coordinating colors rather than matching exactly, sticking with soft neutrals, pastels, and timeless pieces that complement your location.
For beach sessions, light fabrics, subtle patterns, and natural textures photograph beautifully. Avoid large logos or distracting patterns, and don't hesitate to ask for outfit advice! I'm always happy to help you put together a look that photographs beautifully.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE, AND WHEN WILL THEY BE READY?
Every collection includes all of the best professionally edited digital images from your session! Rather than limiting you to a specific number, I carefully select and edit the images that best capture your story.
Your completed gallery will typically be delivered within 2–4 weeks through a private online gallery, where you can easily view, download, and share your favorite memories. Please note that turnaround times may occasionally be longer depending on my current editing workload and the time of year. I always strive to deliver your memories as quickly as possible without compromising the quality and care that goes into each image!
CAN I BRING MY PETS AND BOOK A SESSION FOR A LARGER FAMILY?
Of course! I love capturing the people (and pets!) who mean the most to you!
Petite includes up to four people; The Signature Collection includes up to six. Families with five or more people, or sessions including pets, require The Signature Collection. Families with more than six members, and sessions including pets, are required to book The Signature Collection (60 minutes). An additional fee of $25 applies per person beyond six and if pets are included in the session.
Please mention any additional family members or pets when inquiring so we can plan accordingly and choose a pet-friendly location if needed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Florida weather can be unpredictable, but don't worry! If unfavorable weather is expected, we'll discuss the best options, whether that's adjusting your session time or finding another available date.
If you need to reschedule for personal reasons, please contact me as soon as possible. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and the terms outlined in your photography agreement.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY PHOTOSHOOT?
Absolutely! Every session is a little different, and I want yours to feel uniquely you.
You can personalize your experience with optional add-ons, including Polaroid Keepsakes, featuring five instant photographs to take home, or Behind the Moments, a short behind-the-scenes highlight video capturing the little moments in motion.
